Fred Bueto is originally from Oxford, AL, where his father was pastor.  After graduating from Jacksonville State University, he served as a state missionary for the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions in the Technology Office. Then God called him to serve the local church.  Fred has been in ministry for 25 years serving churches in Montgomery, Chelsea, and Decatur, Alabama and Turlock, CA. He has enjoyed a variety of pastoral roles over the years including children & family, students, associate pastor and senior pastor.

Fred has been married to Kimberly for 25 years. Kimberly is an amazing wife, mom, and ministry partner. She works as a social worker for the Alabama Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministries.  Their daughter, Korey Ava, is a student at Jacksonville State. Their son, Pierce, is a junior at Southside High School. Fred loves to spend time with his family, and enjoys attending his kids athletic and music events and programs. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar. 

Fred loves people and his personal mission statement is to “Add value to others.” He has a heart for disciple-making and evangelism. Fred earned a Master of Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
